In 2014 I decided to get out from behind my desk and embark on an exciting Eco Tour of Ireland with the help of my dynamic sister Sam aka Tweeting Goddess who helped me put together sponsorship from Ferrybank Motors in Wexford.
Covering Ecofriendly Activities such as:
- Local Food Producers,
- Organic Farms,
- Eco Cabins,
- Eco Activities,
- Seaweed Baths,
- Craft Experiences,
- Foraging walks and So much more……!
So where did this Tour spring from…
Well after losing my job in 2011 due to the economic downturn, I decided to utilise my skills in something I had wanted to do for a long time! Explore nature related events and foraging activities throughout Ireland.

EcoTourism and Nature related activities account for 20% of Global Tourism, a figure that is set to grow in the coming years.
By supporting these businesses we are contributing to a more Eco friendly existence.
They are also inspiring us to improve our own Work Life Balance, encouraging us to break from the ever growing pressure of “not enough hours”. To take time out and to start enjoying and utilising nature, implementing practices that are leading to healthier living.
