Wild Food Summer School in August Friday 8th, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th

rectory-loungeBlackstairs Eco Trails are holding a Wild Food Summer School in August Friday 8th, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th.
The School will have debates, talks, big foraging sessions, cook ups and lots of fun. The School will be held in our renovated 1831 Barn with high Eco credentials looking out on the Blackstairs Mountains in South Carlow.
We have already lined up key note speakers such as Biddy White Lennon, noted Forager and author, Paddy Woodworth IrishTimes and author and Philip McCabe the Bee Man from Mooney Goes Wild as well as Mary Mulvey of EcoTourism Ireand.
On the Sunday we will have a Tapas style Wild Food lunch cooked up by a celebrity Chef.

  • Booking in for all three days Friday 8th, Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th €210.

We will have lots of foraging to different locations, a big Wild Food debate on the Friday night, two keynote speakers plus cook ups on the Saturday and our Wild Food Lunch on Sunday.
