- 11 October: Mushroom Foraging with Jonathan Spazzi
Learn how to identify, find and cook wild mushrooms; includes a talk and foraging walk through local woods
- 18 October: Natural Cosmetics with Vivienne Campbell
Natural cosmetics are easy and enjoyable to make when you know how. Items such as lip balm, moisturisers, bath bombs and face scrubs can easily be made at home in your own kitchen. This practical course will show you how. Come along and pamper yourself and learn how to make gorgeous, natural products for yourself and loved ones!
- 08 November: Seaweed Harvesting and Cooking with John Fitzgerald
Learn how identify, sustainably harvest and cook seaweed; includes a talk, 10 course taster lunch, seashore foraging trip, seaweed bath pack and seaweed garden fertiliser!
