Based in Co Offaly, Mary has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to foraging for wild food and edible mushroom hunts, and has worked with us on the past on a number of successful mushroom foraging events.Â
What I like most about foraging is that it means being out in beautiful nature, the woods, at the seashore, in hills and meadows.
When I eat something that I picked and preserved months earlier, the memory of that day comes rushing back with the taste.
