Had hoped to get along to this upcoming wildflowers workshop with Zoe Devlin that’s taking place in the Jamestown Nature Reserve, near Oilgate, Enniscorthy on Saturday 19th July. About Jamestown Nature Reserve: Jamestown Nature Reserve is a farm with nature conservation at the top of the agenda. It is privately owned and funded, at times with some help from The Heritage Council and Birdwatch Ireland.It has been a REPS (Rural Environment Protection Scheme) demonstration farm, and we are now in the AEOS (Agri-Environmental Options Scheme). Jamestown offers tours, walks, workshops and more to groups interested in learning more about nature first hand.
