Unplug and get outside!
A family event, take a short walk to the Enchanted Forest and see if you can spot any fairy folk. The Easter bunny leaves his rabbit foot prints along the trail. Follow them to see if he has left anything sweet! Walk a bit further and follow the woodland animal track trail, or check out some skins and skulls in the nature hut. There are plenty of farm animals around to visit, or you can go for a ride on one of our friendly horses or ponies (from €10 for pony rides to the Enchanted Forest for children ages 5 and up!). With more than 2,000 acres of Coillte Forest beside the centre, longer walks are possible for the more adventurous.
Step into The Organic Kitchen and fill your senses with the scent of fresh, home-made cooking, or simply grab a complementary hot organic coffee or tea and sit outside in the garden. The kids can make a Spring craft to bring home, get their face painted, and the whole family can try out a silly “spring” wardrobe and take some family photos.
