Based in Co Waterford but providing foraging events nationwide Marie offers her years’ of experience and indepth knowledge of how to identify seaweed and create tasty and nutritious dishes with it.
Marie has been running seaweed forages around the Irish coast since 2008 and is now sharing the knowledge through a range of workshops and cookery demonstrations in The Sea Garden – a guide to seaweed foraging and cookery book.
