Wild Food Summer School 2015
The second Wild Food Summer School will be held on September 11th,12 & 13th 2015 at the Old Rectory, Killedmond, Borris, Co. Carlow in the Blackstairs Ecotrails Eco Centre. Enjoy three days of foraging, debate, cook ups, great talks, demonstrations,Soap Box Talks,a selection of workshops and lots of stalls showcasing local artisan food.

Guided heritage walk with a taste of shellfish along the Wild Atlantic Way at Strandhill in Sligo.
Experience a guided tour of an ancient shell midden site on stunning Culleenamore Strand with Auriel Robinson of Seatrails, where you will be greeted by Tra Ban Restaurant’s Head chef Mostafa Dadowah and proprietor Anthony Gray who will amaze you with an outdoor feast of fresh mussels cooked on an open fire.
