NOVEMBER 15TH, EDIBLE CHRISTMAS GIFTS WORKSHOP
Want to make your own edible Christmas presents? We will show you how at this all day workshop. We will go out into the hills, lanes and byways to collect ingredients to make Turkish Delight, Sloe Gin, Rowan Berry Schnapps, Sweet Chestnut stuffing and more!

WINTER HERBAL & CULINARY LARDER WORKSHOP
A hands on workshop to stock up your larder with herbal tonics, salves and creams to keep you fighting fit for winter. Jacquie Burgess our Master Herbalist will ensure our wellness and preparedness for winter.We will also cook up some delicious treats EG Sloe Gin,Rowan Berry Schnapps,Turkish Delight and more! Suitable for everyone who loves foraging and using wild herbs.
